The process begins with a comprehensive review and definition of Lead-Free requirements, and the changes that must be made to your assembly process. This includes selecting a specific Lead-Free alloy, changes in components, paste storage, printing, reflow and inspection, as well as a discussion on how to prepare your customer for the change.
Our senior staff personally provides the direction and assistance your company will need for vendor selection, solder joint and reliability testing, factory setup, and training.
